This hotel is located in a bustling business area, making it a convenient choice for business travelers. Its proximity to the subway station ensures easy access to the city center and other attractions. The rooms are surprisingly modernly furnished, with attention to detail and basic amenities like a kettle, water, and tea/coffee. The friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience.
No major complaints, everything was okay.

Suite room - mini kitchen (no stove), friendly staff who can speak Japanese and English, close to many attractions (i.e. Yoido Park - rent a bicycle there it's fun!), warm in cold weather!
I had an allergic reaction to the carpet floors and had to wear slippers but I think that's just a personal thing.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We had to book an executive suite for our first night and they ensured a standard room was ready for us before check-out time on the suite. Free WiFi. The location is only a block or so away from the subway (and airport bus stop) and it was easy to get to the main tourist areas. Good choice within 2-3 blocks of restaurants and cafes with pictures or English menus or English- speaking staff.
In both the executive suite room and the standard room the adaptor which had been fine in another Korean hotel did not fully make contact in any of the sockets. In the standard room there was no bathroom door but a frosted glass separator with clear glass panels, so we could not use the toilet when Korean friends came up to the room. The drain position meant the whole bathroom floor including the toilet area was wet after the shower had been used.

The hotel had a great location, I really enjoyed the fact that it was near many popular districts like Hongdae and Sinchon. the breakfast was also delicious, with a hot chocolate and a filling plate of rice, omelet, sausage, and fruits. the staff was helpful and had good English skills.
the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked privacy for families with the small toilet and glass wall that did not shut properly.

The front person was helpful and very kind.
There was no information book in the room and there was no instructions of how to call the front.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, nice linen on the beds, good mattress, kettle, water and tea/coffee in the room, pleasant design, good location near plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Has an internet cable in the room and that works a treat.
The bathroom is rather small with a very small sink, but the shower itself is good; not enough space to hang up clothes for two people. They cater for groups as well which means a lot of noise in the hallway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice linen on the beds and a good mattress for a restful sleep. We appreciated the small extras like a kettle, water, and tea/coffee in the room. The hotel's pleasant design added to the overall ambiance. Additionally, its excellent location near numerous restaurants and convenience stores made it convenient to grab a bite to eat or pick up any necessities. We also found it convenient that the hotel had an internet cable in the room, which worked perfectly.
Cannot find any fault.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in the heart of Seoul's bustling business district and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, with easy access to the subway just a short walk away. This made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. Their helpfulness left a lasting impression. The room itself was modernly furnished and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a see-through glass door that added a unique touch.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and I couldn't fault a thing.

This hotel was amazing for my business trip! It was located in a great area, with lots of international restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice mattress and clean linen. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a kettle in the room, with water and tea/coffee offered. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The bathroom in the room was quite small, with a very tiny sink and not enough space to hang up clothes for two people. the hotel is not soundproof and can be noisy at times, especially when they cater for groups of people.
